Returns Policy

If you would like to make a claim relating to your order, we accept reasons for, shipping damage and/or wrong items sent and or faulty products. Please contact RevivedIT within 24 hours. The reason for this is so if the goods have been damaged in transit we can make our claim in the required time frame set out by the transport company(s) concerned. If you notify us outside of this period we will be unable to claim for the damages. After your claim, we will promptly redeliver your goods again at no charge or provide a refund as long as the items are returned in full at our expense. If we find there is no problem with the items returned, i.e. no damage, incorrect items sent or that they are not faulty we will return the items to you at your shipping cost only.

Please understand we will not honour warranty claims for items that have been tampered with, items that are not deemed to be faulty, if you have a change of mind, if you have made an incorrect decision or if the warranty period has expired prior to notifying RevivedIT of a fault.

All returns that do not incorporate a warranty claim will incur a 15% restocking fee. The amount refunded will be the total unit price with the restocking fee (15% as above), shipping costs and payment processing fees (credit card fees if applicable) incurred detracted.

Warranty Information:

All of our products will incorporate a standard 6-month warranty period (Unless otherwise specified). This period commences from the date of your order. Any warranties offered by RevivedIT will cover the hardware purchased and do not extend to the support of pre-loaded software including the operating system.

We offer extended Warranty for selected products for periods of one and two years.

We do not accept nor acknowledge damages to goods due to negligence, such as water damage, impacts or improper use of the goods supplied. Defects as a result of improper use, exposure to moisture (beyond what the product is deemed to be certified for), modification without authorization by RevivedIT, food spillage or abuse will not be covered under warranty.

RevivedIT will cover all associated return shipping charges in case of a legitimate warranty claim within Australia and New Zealand. If a warranty claim is made outside of this region, incoming and return shipping charges in excess of $100 AUD will be covered by the customer.

Warranty periods are not extended if a product is replaced due to fault. The replacement product or part will remain covered only until the end of the originally supplied warranty period.

RevivedIT will cover and supply warranty for all items supplied with your order, this includes power adaptors and batteries. The warranty supplied will apply for the term nominated on the order.
