Introducing the Dell Latitude 14 Extreme model 7414. This is a true heavyweight in the rugged laptop class and is the predecessor to the model 7404.

This Extreme series notebook has been built from the ground up to be utilized in military applications. The device is specifically designed for use in the harshest of conditions.

The Latitude Extreme boasts a solid magnesium alloy backbone alongside shock-absorbent ultra-polymer materials. This enables the device to withstand high levels of abuse and ensure it can last in the harshest outdoor conditions such as in mining, construction, and automotive applications.

The port covers on the Latitude Extreme 7414 are sealed with gaskets and offer IP-65 ratings to resist sand, liquid, and dust.

A quick overview of our refurbished Latitude 14 Extreme:

• Dell’s most rugged and extreme design as the name suggests.
• The display is outdoor-readable at up to 1000nits. (3 x brighter than a conventional laptop)
• The keyboard is backlit, and the colour can be adjusted.
• Features two COM serial ports.

Not Quite Right (NQR):

• This product has been discounted as one of the ethernet port retention clips is damaged. As the unit has dual ethernet one of the ports is unaffected, the device is otherwise fully functional. 
• This is a touchscreen model
