Returns Policy
If you need to make a claim related to your order, we accept returns for:
For Items Damaged During Shipping
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the packaging arrives visibly damaged (crushed, wet, torn), inspect the contents immediately and note any damage before signing for delivery.
If you discover damage when unpacking or during initial testing, contact us as soon as possible with photos of the damage and packaging materials. Early reporting helps us lodge insurance claims and arrange a remedy quickly.
Theft or Loss During Delivery
Our transit insurance covers loss or theft while goods are in transit with the courier, up to $20,000 per consignment. Once a package is delivered to your nominated address, it is no longer covered by our transit insurance.
Please ensure you provide a secure delivery address where packages can be safely received. We recommend using a business address, workplace, or location where someone will be available to collect deliveries.
For all damaged, incorrect, or faulty items, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you once the item is returned.

Return Processing Fees
Return processing fees help cover the work involved in handling returns – including technician inspection, hardware testing, data wiping, payment processing fees from Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and PayPal (which providers don’t refund to us), and the shipping costs we paid to deliver your order.

Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

All batteries are tested using our purpose-built discharge software to ensure they meet minimum performance standards.
Brand New Batteries

Manufacturer coverage on new battery products. Refer to the product page for details.

How Warranty Claims Work
Return-to-Base Service
To process a warranty claim, you’re responsible for shipping the item to our Adelaide workshop. We recommend using a trackable service like Australia Post.
If We Confirm a Hardware Fault
Express Shipping & Remote Locations
We use standard Australia Post shipping for warranty returns. If you need express/overnight service, or you’re in a remote location requiring specialised freight, the difference in cost must be paid before dispatch.
No Fault Found
If assessment shows no hardware fault (software issue, user damage, or no issue present), shipping costs are not reimbursed and return shipping costs apply before the device is released.
Data and Privacy
Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for backing up all data before returning any device for warranty service or returns. RevivedIT is not responsible for any data loss.
Secure Data Wiping
All returned devices undergo a secure data wipe as part of our standard intake process. By returning a device, you acknowledge that all data will be permanently erased.
If you require data recovery or preservation, please contact us before shipping the device.
