If you would like to make a claim relating to your order, we accept reasons of, shipping damage and/or wrong items sent and or faulty product (products). Please contact RevivedIT within 24 hours. The reason for this is so if the goods have been damaged in transit we can make our claim in the required time frame set out by the transport company(s) concerned. If you notify us outside of this period we will be unable to claim for the damage of your delivery. After your claim, we will promptly redeliver your goods again at no charge or provide a refund as long as the items are returned in full at our expense. If we find there is no problem with the items returned, i.e. no damage and/or correct items sent and are not faulty we will return the items to you at your shipping cost only.
Please understand there are no warranty claims will be accepted on items which have been tampered with and which are not faulty, if you have a change of mind, if you have made an incorrect decision or if the warranty period has expired prior to notifying RevivedIT of a fault.
All returns that do not incorporate a warranty claim will incur a 15% restocking fee. The amount refunded will be the total unit price with the restocking fee and original shipping price detracted.
All of our products will incorporate a standard 6 Month warranty period. This period commences from the date of your order. Any warranties offered by RevivedIT will cover the hardware purchased and does not extend support of pre-loaded software. We do not accept nor acknowledge damage to goods due to negligence.
Extended Warranty is available for selected products for periods of one and two years.
All associated return shipping charges will be covered by RevivedIT in the event of a legitimate warranty claim within Australia and New Zealand. If a warranty claim is made outside of this region, return shipping charges in excess of $100 AUD will be covered by the customer.
