Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing Revived IT.

By accessing, browsing or purchasing from revivedit.com.au, you agree to the terms set out below. Our goal is to provide clear, fair, and transparent information so you know exactly how we operate and what to expect.

If you have any questions at any time, please contact us and we will help you promptly.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, placing an order or accessing any services from Revived IT, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions, along with our:

Returns & Warranty Policy: revivedit.com.au/returns-policy/

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Ordering and Contract Formation

An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email.

Revived IT reserves the right to cancel or decline any order where:

Stock is unavailable
Pricing or listing errors occur
Payment cannot be verified
The order is flagged as fraudulent or high-risk

If we cancel an order, you will be refunded in full.

3. Pricing, Taxes and Payment Methods

All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

We accept various payment methods including:

Credit/debit card (Stripe)
PayPal
Apple Pay / Google Pay
Other methods as displayed at checkout

Processing fees

Third-party payment fees (such as PayPal or card processing fees) are not refunded for change-of-mind returns, in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Pricing errors

If a price is listed incorrectly due to human error or system issues, we may cancel and refund the order.

4. Refurbished Products and Condition Ratings

Most products sold by Revived IT are refurbished. Condition grades, functionality notes and inclusions are clearly described on each listing.

Because refurbished units vary by age and prior use, minor cosmetic wear is expected. This does not affect eligibility for warranty unless otherwise stated.

5. Returns, Refunds and Warranty

Our full Returns and Warranty Policy forms part of these Terms and is available here:
revivedit.com.au/returns-policy/

Highlights include:

6-month hardware warranty unless otherwise stated
14-day change-of-mind returns (restocking fee applies)
Batteries and accessories covered as specified
No reimbursement of postage insurance voluntarily purchased by the customer
No refund of processing fees for change-of-mind returns
Warranty does not reset when an item is replaced

Important: Data Loss Notice

The repair of your goods may result in the loss of any user-generated data. Please ensure that you have made a copy of any data saved on your goods before returning them for repair. RevivedIT is not responsible for any data loss during warranty service or returns.

Please read the full policy for details.

Our responsibility is limited to repairing, replacing or refunding the goods in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and our Warranty Policy.

Product Compatibility and Software

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that any product purchased is suitable and compatible with their intended use, software environment, diagnostic tools, hardware requirements, or operational needs. Revived IT does not provide configuration, IT support or software setup unless explicitly stated. We are not responsible for software compatibility, licensing issues, or downtime caused by third-party software, accessories, workflows, or any compatibility issues arising from the customer’s specific use case.

Nothing in these Terms limits your consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

9. Business and Trade Customers

Revived IT supplies both refurbished and brand new IT equipment. Refurbished products are clearly marked on their product pages, including details about condition, cosmetic grade and inclusions.

Many of our customers are trade users, technicians and commercial operators who rely on rugged hardware for field work. Customers are responsible for ensuring that any product purchased is suitable for their intended software environment, diagnostic tools or operational requirements.

Revived IT does not provide configuration, IT support or software setup unless explicitly stated. Downtime caused by third-party software, accessories or workflows is outside our scope of liability.

10. Events Outside Our Control

Revived IT is not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations if the delay or failure results from any event which is beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, supplier shortages, courier delays, or government restrictions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia. Any disputes will be handled through the appropriate tribunals or courts located in Australia.
