How We Ship Your Order
Reliable, tracked and insured delivery across Australia.
At Revived IT we aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 2 business days. If an order requires additional parts or custom work, we will contact you with an updated timeline.
Shipping Methods
Australia Post is our preferred carrier for most orders as they offer the most reliable service for both metro and regional areas.
Large or multi-unit orders may be shipped with a courier such as TNT, Allied Express, Couriers Please or Aramex. Couriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Collect locations. If you require a specific carrier contact us for a quote.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Typical Australia Post delivery expectations:
Remote NT and WA locations can take longer.
Authority To Leave
Most carriers operate with Authority To Leave. Parcels may be left at your address if the driver considers it safe. If you require Signature On Delivery please advise us before dispatch so we can arrange it.
Tracking
All customers receive an order confirmation email and a second email with tracking details once the order has been dispatched. Tracking updates automatically as your parcel moves through the network.
Transit Insurance
All shipments are covered by our business transit insurance up to $20,000 per consignment. Revived IT pays the insurance excess.
If your parcel is significantly delayed beyond the expected delivery timeframe, contact us immediately. We will lodge a tracking investigation with the carrier. A parcel can only be declared lost once the carrier formally confirms it in writing.
We will arrange a replacement or refund once the carrier’s investigation is complete. In exceptional circumstances where resolution is delayed, we will work with you to find an appropriate solution.
International Shipping
We ship rugged laptops and tablets internationally to most countries worldwide. Whether you’re based in New Zealand, Asia, Europe, North America, or other regions, we’re happy to arrange delivery.
Our checkout currently supports a limited selection of international destinations. If your country doesn’t appear during checkout, contact us for a manual freight quote using carriers like DHL Express or FedEx.

Packaging & Customs
Professional Packaging
Every order is carefully packed to ensure your equipment arrives in same condition it left our warehouse. Laptops and tablets are individually wrapped in bubble wrap, then placed in twin-cushioned cardboard boxes with protective dividers.
International Customs & Duties
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, GST, or clearance fees charged by their destination country.
Important: Customs charges vary by country and are not included in your order total. These fees are collected by your local customs authority upon import.
