After choosing to place an order with RevivedIT we are pleased to advise of the following process which takes place during our business hours (9am-5pm Monday-Friday).

  1. You shall receive an initial confirmation email that your order has been received and is being packed.
  2. When goods are shipped you shall receive a second shipping email, advising your order has been successfully dispatched.  This email will include a Tracking Number for your convenience.
  3. Goods shall be packaged in a discreet manner which shall prevent product damage during transport.
  4. Goods are air & road freighted via both courier and or Australia Post with delivery extending to all areas of Australia. We utilise a number of transport services as we know this is the only way to ensure the FASTEST DELIVERY.
  5. Delivery should be to an address where someone is available to receive the goods. Goods will not be delivered to a PO Box. RevivedIT shall assume no responsibility for any lost or missing deliveries.
  6. Should you wish to make a claim relating to your product i.e. damaged in transport, incorrect goods sent etc. We request this be done within 24 hours of receiving your goods by emailing us via our contacts page. After confirming any claim we shall promptly re-supply the goods or credit your account in full. Any cost for the re-shipping of product shall be the responsibility of RevivedIT no additional charges shall be the responsibility of our customers.
