The Panasonic Toughbook 31 MK3 is a rugged laptop with 13.1″ sunlight viewable touchscreen display. It can be configured to support a range of keyboard types some of which are water-resistant. It has sealed port covers to prevent moisture from entering the device and an integrated handle for portability.

This is the third version of the CF-31 and features an uprated processor at 2.6Ghz.
