The Dell Latitude 12 Extreme model 7214 is a two in one fully-rugged mobile laptop tablet PC. This is a proper rugged convertible laptop that has been designed for the harshest conditions and rivals many of the Fully Rugged Panasonic machines available on the market.

The 7214 features a central swivel hinge for the LCD display. This allows the screen to be flipped 180 degrees converting the device from a laptop into a tablet.

Portability has been a heavy focus of the Latitude 12 Extreme series. The device features a solid carry handle and has been reduced in size and weight to further aid portability.
