Got this for child who is hard on gear, screen played up after a few weeks but service to get it fixed was exceptional, sent me a screen and talked me through the swap out -no homework missed. Would reccomend!

The Dell is going to be an excellent addition to the workshop and mainly used as a diagnostic unit combined with workshop manuals. A rugged,compact design that is going to be easy to use.

Received in better condition than expected. Packed very well. Booted without glitches. Had one in a W.A. Mine for over 9 years. Back of Utes, extreme temps, dust, dropping etc. Never missed a beat. I actually wore the top layer off the touchpad. (Still worked). Worth every Cent.

Machine is in excellent condition and appears to have only light use at most. Remarkably clean (and listing only a small number of BIOS events). Honestly, I wasn't sure what to expect when I ordered a refurbished rugged laptop. The laptop i received appears as if its never been used, it looks brand new! I'm so pleased, thanks guys.
