The best customer service I have had in a very long time and the Ruggedbook was in excellent condition.
Have bought two of these now and always happy with the condition of them. This time I requested the carry handle be removed and they took care of this for me. Even covering the screw holes to give the removal a professional look. Always happy to do business with this company and will likely do so again in the future.

This is my second FZ-G1 although a later MK4 model for which I wanted to run Windows11. They are remarkable machines for which I travel around the country NSW and do take a little rough handling which I wouldn’t dare take a normal Touch Pad or Note Book. When at home my Tough Pad sits ably on my desk beside my PC ready for anything.
