Do Your Devices Come with Diagnostic or Specialised Software?

Our refurbished laptops and tablets are supplied with a clean, fully licensed installation of Windows, including all necessary drivers and hardware-specific utilities. We do not include third-party diagnostic or specialised software by default.

While Windows 10 and 11 may include basic Microsoft Office apps (like Word and Excel), these are part of Microsoft’s subscription service. We do not provide licenses for Microsoft Office or any other commercial software.

Most customers supply and install their own software, such as OEM diagnostic tools, mining analytics platforms, RF testing suites, or mapping/GIS systems. Our devices are fully compatible with a wide range of these tools, and we’re happy to assist with selecting a model that supports your specific application.

If you require a clean environment for software deployment or need legacy operating systems like Windows 7 or XP for tool compatibility, we can configure that during setup.
