Do I receive a warranty with my refurbished laptop?

Yes, all refurbished products purchased from Revived IT include a standard 6-month warranty covering hardware faults and defects. Extended warranty options of 1 or 2 years are also available on most items and can be selected during checkout.

Our warranty covers all major components, including bundled accessories like chargers and refurbished batteries. Refurbished batteries are warrantied for 6 months, while any new battery upgrades are covered for 12 months. Software support is not included under warranty, but the hardware required to run it is fully supported.

Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, water ingress beyond certified limits, unauthorised modifications, or physical impact. Claims must be made within the warranty period, and products must not have been tampered with.
