Where are you located, and can I collect my order?

We’re based in Adelaide, South Australia. While we don’t operate a retail storefront, local pickup from our Northern Adelaide facility can be arranged by appointment.

If you’d like to collect your order in person, let us know during checkout or reach out beforehand, we’ll schedule a time that works once your order is ready. Most pickups are available with short notice, depending on stock and configuration.

Not located in Adelaide and need your gear quickly?

Contact us and we’ll do our best to prioritise your order and send it out via express post. If you’re working to a tight deadline, give us a call, we’ll give you an honest estimate on delivery time.
