My tracking shows “Information Received” – what does this mean?

It means we’ve scanned your parcel into the system on our end. What happens next depends on which courier you selected at checkout.

Australia Post: If we scanned it before 3:30pm, we’ve already dropped it at Australia Post that day and they’ll process it through to the depot. If we scanned it after 3:30pm, we’ll drop it at Australia Post the next business day.

Other couriers (TNT, StarTrack, Aramex): We’ve scanned the parcel and it’s ready for collection. The courier will collect it from our workshop the next business day.

Either way, your tracking will update to “In Transit” once the courier processes it at their facility. This typically happens within 24 hours of them receiving the parcel. If tracking’s stuck on “Information Received” for more than 3 business days, get in touch and we’ll sort it.

If your tracking hasn’t updated after Information Received status, see our FAQ on tracking that hasn’t updated in 3+ days.
