How quickly do you dispatch your refurbished products? And what are the rough transit times?

We typically dispatch orders within 1 to 2 business days. However, this depends on the level of customisation selected at checkout, for example, upgrades to memory, storage, or special configurations may add a short delay.

Orders placed after 2pm Friday may not ship until Monday.

All orders are shipped from our Adelaide workshop using Australia Post by default. Delivery times vary by region, and you can check estimated times using the official Australia Post delivery calculator.

If you need your order urgently, we can also quote express courier options such as TNT or StarTrack, just let us know at checkout or via our contact form.
