At this stage, we do not offer a trade-in service for used rugged laptops or tablets. Our focus is on sourcing rugged equipment in bulk through reliable, consistent channels so that we can maintain high standards and offer competitive pricing.

While we understand that some customers may want to offset the cost of a new device by trading in older gear, trade-ins are complex to manage. Units would need to be shipped to us and assessed before we could provide an offer, which adds time and uncertainty to the process. We’ve chosen not to operate a trade-in program so that we can stay focused on fast turnaround, product quality, and clear pricing.
