What's the deadline to change my delivery address?

You must contact us before the order ships. Once we've dispatched it and the courier has collected the package, address changes are no longer possible on our end. At that point, you'll need to work directly with the courier to redirect the parcel.

The courier already collected my package - can I still change the address?

No, once the courier has collected the package from us, we can't make changes. You'll need to contact the courier directly using your tracking number to request a redirection or delivery change.
