My tracking hasn’t updated in 3+ days – is my order lost?

Tracking delays can be common and don’t mean your order is lost. However, if your tracking shows no updates for 3+ business days, contact us on 08 8101 0345 and we’ll investigate with the courier directly to confirm status.
