What Happens If My Device Arrives Damaged?

We pack products securely to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Every shipment is fully covered by our business transit insurance. For larger orders, we split freight into smaller consignments to ensure each shipment remains protected.

If your order arrives damaged:

Inspect your order upon delivery. If the packaging is visibly damaged (crushed, wet, torn), check the contents immediately and note any damage before signing.

Contact us as soon as possible with photos of:

  • The damaged item(s)
  • The shipping box or satchel
  • Any noticeable external damage

Early reporting with clear photos allows us to lodge a transit insurance claim and arrange a remedy as quickly as possible. Once the claim is approved and we receive the returned item, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Without sufficient evidence, we may need to arrange a return for inspection before we can process a remedy.
