What if no one is home for delivery?

Australia Post may leave your parcel unattended if they consider it safe to do so. This decision is made by the courier at the time of delivery based on your property, it’s not something we can control. If you’d prefer your parcel not to be left unattended, you have options.

Use a Parcel Locker or Parcel Collect: If you’re choosing Australia Post delivery and prefer not to receive an unattended delivery, you can set up a parcel collect with Australia Post to pick up your parcel at your nearest post office. Request Signature on Delivery: You can also request that your parcel requires a signature before delivery. Contact us on 08 8101 0345 before dispatch and we’ll arrange this with the courier.
