My order says “Delivered” but I haven’t received it – what do I do?
First, check with neighbors who may have accepted delivery, building reception or concierge, and safe places the courier might have left it like a garage or side gate. Also verify the delivery address on your order.
Check the Australia Post app: If your parcel came via Australia Post, open the Australia Post app and look for a button that says “see where we left it”. Click this button and you’ll see a photo of where the parcel was left, along with the date and time it was delivered. This can help you locate your package.
If you still can’t locate it within 24 hours, contact us immediately on 08 8101 0345 and we’ll lodge a claim with the courier. All orders are insured.
