What happens if my package is damaged or items are missing?

Inspect your package upon delivery. If the packaging arrives visibly damaged (crushed, wet, or torn), note the damage with the courier and/or photograph it before opening. If items are damaged or missing, contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours, with photos at sales@revivedit.com.au or call 08 8101 0345. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you once the item is returned. All shipments are insured.
